All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery may not be entertained by sellers
How to raise dispute for an order?
You need to register your dispute in below way:
By sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Please mention your order number in the email.
You will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow us three days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item. We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?
When you’re returning an item that was damaged/ defective. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in good condition.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 days from the Seller’s warehouse.
How will the delivery be done?
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like India Post or Singapore Post.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Do you deliver internationally?
Nightcarefitness.com does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use DHL, DTDC, India Post or FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Nightcarefitness.com items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?
Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
How can I return a product?
We will make sure we send you the perfect piece. For any reason you want to return it, we can exchange you the delivered product to other product or give you a credit note valid for 6 months on our site.
However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the below return policy is NOT applicable on orders that are custom made or custom stitched.
To return a product you need to follow these steps:
Send an email to email@example.com with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn’t get damaged.
Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can’t be tracked and can be lost in transit.
Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in first step .
Can I cancel the Order?
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
How do I get defective Item replaced ?
We are sorry that the item received was defective in nature. Don’t worry! We will send you a replacement ASAP without any extra cost.You need to notify us at email@example.com of any damage (defect) within 48 hours of receipt of the product with the photograph of damaged goods. We will ask you to courier the damaged item and back and we will reship the brand new replacement ASAP.
